We cancel the hold and nothing is charged. Once we confirm, the fee is charged and credited in full against your MVP build. If you cancel after we confirm but before the first workshop, we refund it minus card processing costs (about 3–5%). After the first workshop it is not refundable.

AI has cut the time to build a prototype from months to days. So instead of mock-ups and slides you get working software: a live prototype of your main flows. You pay for a decision: what to build, what it costs and whether it is worth it, before you spend on the build. The scope and the prototype stay yours, whoever builds.
How the one to two weeks run

We build a live prototype on demo data, up to 10 key screens, on a private link. - 3Functional testing Day 6
Workshop 2: you test the main flows with us, function by function, and we agree one round of changes. - 4Review Days 7–10
Changes in, scope written, fixed price on the table. You decide: we build it at that price, or you stop and keep the prototype and the scope.
Then the loop repeats. Every sprint of the Build and every month of Run goes through the same four stages: map, build, functional testing, review. You see working software every week, not a status report. The MVP Sprint covers one loop with one round of changes; the next loops are in the Build and Run prices.
Included
- Up to two workshops with your team, 90 minutes each, by video
- The problem in numbers: a one-page business case
- A written scope: what is in, what is out, users and roles, every integration named, and the assumptions
- A live prototype of the main flows on demo data, up to 10 key screens, on a private link: shown at the second workshop, with one round of changes
- An architecture outline and a risk check: data, payments and regulated data flagged
- A fixed quote for the build, with plan and timeline, valid for 30 days
Not included
- Production software: real data, logins, payments, connections to your systems, or hosting the prototype beyond 30 days
- Brand or logo design, copywriting, content or photography
- Legal, regulatory or tax advice: we flag the risks, your advisers confirm
- Third-party costs: licences, paid APIs, AI usage, messaging, payment fees, app-store accounts
- Extra workshops or prototype rounds: AED 1,500 per half day, agreed before the work
- Travel: we work remotely; a visit is at cost, agreed in advance
The MVP Sprint is not the app. The build is priced in the quote it ends with.
Questions before you start
- Is the first call free?
- Yes. You pay only for the MVP Sprint, and only if you decide to go ahead.
- When is my card charged?
- When we confirm we can take your project, within 1 working day of your booking. Until then the amount is only held on your card. If we can't take it, the hold is cancelled and nothing is charged.
- Why is the MVP Sprint paid?
- Because it ends with something you can act on: a written scope, a live prototype and a fixed price we keep. A free estimate by eye moves the risk to you.
- What if I don't go ahead with the build?
- The scope and the prototype are yours. Build with us or with anyone else.
