Terms

MVP Sprint terms

Draft of 25 October 2026. These terms apply to every MVP Sprint booked on this site or by invoice. English is the binding version.

1. Who agrees

Nova Group FZC LLC, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, trading as Chassis ("Chassis"), and the business that books the MVP Sprint ("the Client"). The MVP Sprint is sold to businesses only, not to consumers.

2. What the MVP Sprint is

A paid discovery of one to two weeks that ends with a written scope, a live prototype and a fixed quote for building the Client's first product (the MVP). The MVP Sprint is not the MVP: the build is a separate agreement, priced in the quote.

Chassis assigns a Deployment Strategist who leads the MVP Sprint and is the Client's single point of contact.

3. What the Client receives

Up to two workshops with the Client's team, 90 minutes each, by video; the problem in numbers, as a one-page business case; a written scope (what is in, what is out, users and roles, every integration named, the assumptions); a live prototype (section 4); an architecture outline and a risk check, with data, payments and regulated data flagged; and a fixed quote for the build, with plan and timeline, valid for 30 days.

4. The live prototype

A working prototype of the main flows, up to 10 key screens, on a private link, shown at the second workshop, with one round of changes agreed there.

It runs on demo data only. The Client does not enter real personal data, customer data or confidential business data into it. It has no real logins, payments or connections to the Client's systems, and it is not production software.

The link stays available for 30 days after the MVP Sprint ends. Further rounds of changes or extra workshops are charged per half day, at the rate on the Offers page, agreed in writing first.

5. Not included

Production software, or hosting beyond section 4; brand or logo design, copywriting, content or photography; legal, regulatory or tax advice (Chassis flags risks, the Client's advisers confirm); third-party costs (licences, paid APIs, AI usage, messaging, payment fees, app-store accounts); travel (remote by default; a visit at cost, agreed in advance).

6. Price, hold and payment

The price is shown on the Offers page and at payment, in the Client's currency, excluding VAT.

Booked online, the amount is first held on the Client's card, not charged. Within 1 working day Chassis either confirms that it can take the project and charges the held amount, or cancels the hold and nothing is charged. A card hold lasts about 7 days; if it lapses before Chassis acts, nothing is charged and the booking is cancelled.

Booked by invoice, the fee is paid in full before the MVP Sprint starts.

The fee is credited in full against a build agreement signed within 30 days of the quote.

Chassis sends an invoice for the charged amount, with the Client's company name, tax ID and address, after it charges the held amount.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Before Chassis confirms: the hold is cancelled at no cost. After Chassis confirms and before the first workshop: the fee is refunded minus the card processing costs (about 3–5%). After the first workshop: the fee is not refundable, and the scope and prototype delivered so far remain the Client's.

8. Timing

The one to two weeks run from the day Chassis has the inputs it asks for in writing: people for the workshops, examples, current numbers. Delays on the Client's side move the end date by the same time.

9. Ownership and confidentiality

The Client owns its concept, the written scope and the prototype's screens, and may use them with any builder. Chassis keeps its general tools, components and know-how, and licenses them to the Client inside the Client's product.

The engagement is confidential. Chassis does not name the Client, show its product or publish a case study without the Client's written consent to the exact text, and does not build the Client's concept for anyone else.

10. The quote

The quote covers only the written scope. Any change is written down and priced before anyone works on it, and the Client can say no. If Chassis underestimated, that is Chassis's cost.

11. Liability

Each party's total liability under these terms is capped at the MVP Sprint fee, except for breach of confidentiality, wilful misconduct and what the law does not allow to be capped.

12. Personal data

Chassis processes personal data only to run the engagement, as described in the privacy notice. Section 4 keeps real data out of the prototype.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Sharjah decide any dispute.
