Privacy notice

Chassis (chassis.run) is a brand of Nova Group FZC LLC, a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Nova Group is the controller of the personal data described here.

This notice explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions: privacy@chassis.run.

The enquiry form: your name, email, company, role, what you want to build, budget band, timeline, where your business is, and your message. The advisory network form: your name, email, area of expertise and LinkedIn profile.

We use these details only to answer you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. We do not sell them, rent them or use them for advertising.

The site and its forms run on Cloudflare's network. When you send a form, the details are checked and emailed to our own mailbox through Cloudflare's email service. The website does not keep a copy in a database.

Cloudflare processes the request as our hosting provider and keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security. Our own logs record only whether a step succeeded, never your details.

Google Analytics runs only if you accept it in the banner. It measures pages visited and where visitors come from. If you decline, nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

The site stores your choice in your browser. There are no advertising networks or social media tracking pixels.

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is active and up to 24 months after it ends, unless we become clients or partners, in which case the contract decides. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

We process personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to its use. Write to privacy@chassis.run and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office or, in the European Union, to your data protection authority.

When the site starts doing something new with personal data, this notice changes first and the date above changes with it.
