What we build · AI agents and automation
AI agents that propose, and a person who decides.
Agents that answer enquiries, watch your numbers, draft documents and propose actions, with a person approving what matters. Built with guardrails, an audit trail and a running cost you can see.
The problem
An AI that acts on its own is a risk no owner should take. An AI that only chats adds little. The value is in agents that do real work inside clear limits, and leave the decisions that matter to people.
How we build it
- The Sprint sets what the agent may do, may not do, and who approves
- Numbers come from your systems and tested code; the AI writes and explains
- Every proposal and every action on record
- The running cost of the AI estimated before you commit
What you get
- Enquiry and booking agents for your website or messaging
- Monitoring agents that flag what changed and why
- Drafting of offers, replies and reports for a person to approve
- Connections to your data, with access limited to what the agent needs
Questions
- Can the agent act without a person?
- Only where you decide it may, and only for actions you can undo. Anything that moves money, signs or sends on your behalf goes through a person by default.
- How much does it cost?
- Most builds land between AED 40,000 and 120,000 (about EUR 10,000 to 30,000). The Sprint, AED 7,500, ends with one fixed price for your scope, and that price holds. Larger work is quoted after the Sprint.
- What does the AI cost to run?
- It depends on how often the agent runs and how much it reads. The Sprint estimates it, and the Run plan reports it every month.
- Where does our data go?
- Only to the services the agent needs, named in the Sprint. We choose AI services whose terms exclude training on your data, and access is limited to what the task requires.
- Do you work with companies outside the UAE?
- Yes. We are based in the UAE and work remotely with clients across the Gulf and Europe, in their working day. Workshops and reviews run on video calls.
