About

A frame, and the people who keep it true.

Every business that grows past spreadsheets needs a frame to run on: bookings, payments, customers, automation, AI that answers at 2 a.m. Most owners buy that frame from someone who will not be there when it bends. Chassis is the opposite.

    The founder

Twenty-five years in the IT world: technology leadership and transformation programmes at AWS and IBM, then advising boards and CEOs on what to build and what to stop.

Then building products of his own: a holiday house that takes direct bookings, a court yield app for padel clubs, a mobile AI media app.

Chassis brings that experience to businesses that cannot hire a team, with a modern, AI-native and agentic way of building software.

    What we hold to

    01

    Runs or it isn't done
Nothing is delivered until it is live, monitored and on a Run plan.

    02

    Fixed means fixed
One price per scope, written down. Change requests are written down too.

    03

    Show the garage
We publish what we build, including our own products and their status.

    04

    Senior review on every build
Every app is designed and reviewed against 25 years of enterprise IT practice before it ships.

    05

    Same build everywhere
One method and one quality bar, in every country we work in.

    How we build

AI-native, agentic delivery inside a written method: engineering standards, security and architecture reviews, and automated checks on every change. It is why a build takes weeks, not months, and why it still holds a year later.

    Where we work

From Dubai, for the UAE and the Gulf first. Then the European Union, starting with Poland and Czechia. Sites and support in English now; Polish and Czech next.
